WHY AWESOME DINING?

We started almost by accident, by offering a few restaurants as "conference spaces", converting them by adding a projector screen, some flipcharts and what they do best: great ambience, coffee and food.

Most of our clients are forward thinking decision makers from large corporations, who got bored of meetings and gatherings in a a traditional hotel room. They a space which sparks their creativity and set their teams in their best mood. Our growing list of clients is filled with who think different and want to change the way meetings are held.

Now we want to expand our offer into more restaurants across town and that's where your place comes in.

    What kind of spaces QUalify TO BE IN THE LIST

    Spaces and restaurants that can cater food, beverages and presentation facilities for special corporate activities, from cozy to big events (30 to 300 pax). We also expect great service, customer attention and fast response to bookings (within 12h max)

    What kind of service is required: we serve multiple kind of requests, some are for all the space, some require a quiet zone. Mostly all requests require presentation amenities which we advise on, if you need help (including projector, screen, flipcharts, writing materials, PA system etc.)

    WHAT DO You GET

    We work our magic on Marketing and Branding to make you found by anyone who wants to host outstanding activities. 

    1. Your Space Page: designed for excellent SEO (Search Engine Optimization). We take care of descriptions, keywords to differentiate you and high quality photography, if required (we curate the images to keep up the quality of our user experience).
    2. Digital Marketing: including special and paid campaigns for Google Adwords and Social Media.
    3. Direct Email to Our Clients: we send our newsletter to our corporate clients, from where they can find your space.

     

    How it works: 

    it consists of a monthly fee which represents 10% of an average corporate booking (which is RM3500): RM350. 
    But we're starting from RM288 for our first 30 spaces and restaurants (on a minimum 3 months commitment).

    We aim to stay on top of searches related to booking unique spaces for professional occasions in KL.

    We are curated. We are not interested in massive listings: our users are looking for the best spaces in terms of ambiance, service and food. They want quality and this is WHY we nailed it and learned that, to stay on top of searches, you first gotta become relevant. We stay relevant by partnering with a curated list of partners (like you). 

    We are larger than a listing. 8spaces is a Flyspaces company, the largest marketplace for workspaces across Asia. By having multiple layers, we can allow different and multiple clients to find out about you, even if they initially contacted us to look for a different kind of product (eg office spaces, board meeting rooms or coworking space).
